In SalesIntel, credits constitute your currency. Using one single credit, you can reveal a contact, export to CSV, or export it to Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft and Outreach multiple times as long as you have an active subscription. The functionality offered will be in accordance with the plan you subscribed for.
If you are a paid user, you’’ll be able to access contact’s full name, job title, job level, department, company information, HQ/branch location and LinkedIn profile, if available, without exchanging a credit. However, to reveal a contact's phone number and email address, you will be required to exchange a credit.
Based on the plan you subscribed for, you’ll receive a certain number of credits valid for your subscription period. The number of available credits in your account will be displayed on the upper-right side of your SalesIntel interface. If you run out of credits, you can use the drop-down menu located at the upper-right corner of your screen and click 'Need more credits?'.
Credits do not roll over through subscription periods. If you do not use all of your credits by the time of your renewal date (shown in the menu in the upper-right corner of the screen), you will lose any remaining credits the moment your account renews for a new billing cycle.
If you are on an enterprise plan with unlimited contact reveals, you‘ll still be required to use a credit to reveal contact information in the SalesIntel portal though you’ll have unlimited reveal functionality. If you have unlimited exports enterprise plan, a credit will again be used when you export a contact, however, you’ll be allowed to have unlimited exports.
