If you are looking for a specific contact, you can use the filters section available to the users.
You’ll get a number of search filters to get you started.
1. Search using the Contact Information.
You may search a contact using first/last name and contact's e-mail address with both personal & business e-mail address search preferences.
2. Search by Role attribute.
You can search a contact by job level, department or job title. When searching by job title, you may use a full or partial title, but we recommend using title keywords (such as “security”, “benefits”, etc) in combination with the role (department and/or seniority) to find the best match.
3. Search a prospect using Company, Firmographics, & Ranking attributes.
You may search using the Company name or company email domain, industry name or NAICS/SIC codes, HQ/Branch/Remote job location, Company revenue, rankings, and company size.
Recently we have added a new feature, under Firmographics and then within the Location now a user can also initiate an International search across the contacts in SalesIntel. More countries coming soon.
4. Search a prospect using Other attributes.
You may refine your search results using Rankings, Lists, Results include, and last modified details.
i) Rankings - You can search a contact by Company Ranking parameter ie: 100 Fastest-Growing, Federal Contractors, Fortune 500, SAAS 100, etc.
ii) Results Include- You can refine your search results by including Direct Phone, Personal mobile, title, address Etc.
iii) Last Modified: Filter contacts based on the date when they were added or modified.
For example, the search below includes Job Level, Company Name, and Job department.
If you apply the Last Modified filter, you will only see results in this example that have been changed or added within the last 30 days.
