List is a feature wherein a user would be able to create lists of companies or contacts. We will analyze them from our DataBase so that a user can use them to enhance searches.
1. Select Lists tab.
2. Click on Create List at the right-hand side top corner.
3. Make a selection from:
i) Create a Company List.
ii) Create a Contact List.
iii) Create Suppression List.
i) Create a Company List:
a) Select Create Company List and then type in the list name.
b) Click on Choose file and Upload the file (.CSV or .TXT) on next screen.
c) After selecting the file click on Next.
d) On next mapping fields window, you will be required to map Domain and Name fields in order to complete the mapping procedure.
e) If the requested data exists in our Database portal, on the next screen you will be able to see the available Pending and Human verified contacts summary with respect to the submitted .csv/.txt file.
e) Select Close and then you may access your uploaded Company under lists tab.
ii) Create a Contact list:
a) Select Create Contact List and then type in the list name.
b) Click on Choose file and Upload the file (.CSV or .TXT) on next screen.
c) After selecting the file click on Next.
d) On next mapping fields window, you will be required to map at least the email address or First & Last name along with the Company domain in order to complete the mapping fields.
e) After following the minimum mapping fields requirement you need to click on Save List and proceed further.
f) On the next screen, you will be able to review and export the updated contact list in CSV format, Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot and Outreach CRM.
