Once you’ve logged into SalesIntel’s RevDriver and selected the contact you wish to export, follow the given steps:
1. Click on Export and then select Salesforce from the drop-down menu.
2. You’ll be asked to log in to your Salesforce account (If not already logged in)
3. You’ll then be prompted to allow access to your Salesforce account.
4. Once you grant access, you’ll be required to choose your Salesforce settings. The following options will be available:
i) General:
a) Export Default type: Now you can choose the default export type from Contact & Lead, or you can also opt for prompt so that whenever we will export contact/contacts it will give us a prompt to choose from.
b) Duplicate resolution: Now within Duplicate resolution you can choose from Always Skip, Always Update, Always Append (Blank fields only) & Prompt so that whenever we will export contact/contacts in case of duplicate it will give us a prompt to choose from.
c) Prompt for Lead/contact Owners: When you opt ‘Prompt for Lead Owners’ or 'Prompt for Contact Owners', you’ll get a list of lead owners/contact owners to choose from. Select a lead owner/contact owner for your contacts and click ‘Next’.This is optional.

d) Prompt for Campaign: When you opt ‘Prompt for Campaigns’, you’ll get a list of active campaigns to choose from. You can select multiple campaigns from the list. Once selected, click ‘Next’. This is optional.
Whatever action you choose while exporting contacts such as exporting country/state as an abbreviation, Fax, Employee count & Revenue will be applicable to all the contacts you are exporting.
If SalesIntel discovers any duplicate email addresses, you’ll get a duplicate pop-up.
You can resolve duplicates by:
- Updating all fields.
- Updating empty fields only.
- Skip duplicates.
e) Based on the options you selected, the export process will begin.
f) Once exported, a success message will pop up and you’re done. The contacts will be exported as Leads/contacts.
g) Create new Accounts: From here you can actually control account formation while exporting contacts in Salesforce, turning it off won't create a new account in your Salesforce Org.
h) Orphan Contacts: From here you can actually control the nature of exporting contacts, turning it on will allow you to export a contact without account creation in Salesforce.
ii) Lead Mapping: Click on the next tab Lead Mapping. From here you can map fields as per your exporting requirements. While exporting contact/contacts you are required to checkmark the ALLOW OVERWRITE field else exporting contact’s Salesforce field will remain intact. After mapping the fields click on save and proceed further.
(Note: We cannot Overwrite First & Last name, Company & Email fields.)
iii) Contact Mapping: Click on the next tab Contact Mapping. From here you can map fields as per your exporting requirements. While exporting contact/contacts you are required to checkmark the ALLOW OVERWRITE field else exporting contact’s Salesforce field will remain intact. After mapping the fields click on save and proceed further.

iv) Account Mapping: Click on the next tab Account Mapping. From here you can map fields as per your exporting requirements. While exporting contact/contacts you are required to checkmark the ALLOW OVERWRITE field else exporting contact’s Salesforce field will remain intact. After mapping the fields click on save and proceed further.
