Use tags to label your saved searches so you can easily filter to them. You can assign as many tags to a saved search as you would like, and can edit/remove them at any time.
Tags are universal in your account, so the same tag can be applied to a Saved Search and/or a List.
Any user on your account has the ability to create, edit, add, and delete tags.
Add a tag to a Saved Search or List
There are two ways you can add tags to a saved search or list.
- When you are saving a search or uploading a new list, simply select which tag you would like to apply to your saved search in the Tags dropdown. If you need to add a new tag, simply type the name of it and select (Create New).
- On the Saved Search or Lists tab click the edit button on any existing saved searches or lists and you can add, remove, or create a new tag from the modal.
Creating a new tag
There are a couple of ways you can create a new tag.
- When you are saving a search or uploading a list, simply type the name of the tag you wish to add, and click on the tag name with (Create New) once it populates.
- On the Saved Searches or Lists tab, select Manage Tags on the right hand side of the page. This will give you a modal to add, delete, or edit your tags.
Use tags to filter your Saved Searches or Lists
On the Saved Searches or Lists tab, use the Tags dropdown to select tags you would like to filter one. When you select one or more tags, the page will show only Saved Searches or Lists with those tags.
Delete a Tag
If a tag is no longer in use, and you want to delete it, simply go to Manage Tags on the Saved Search or Lists tab. There you can search for the tag you wish to delete, and click the trash can icon to delete it. Note: This will remove the tag from any lists it currently is associated with.
Edit a tag
If you wish to change the name of an existing tag, simply go to Manage Tags on the Saved Search or Lists tab. There you can search for the tag you wish to delete, and click the trash can icon to delete it. Note: This will remove the tag from any lists it currently is associated with.
