A suppression list is a feature wherein a user would be able to upload a list they want to exclude from their search results. You can suppress titles, emails and even domains.
- Select Lists from the top menu.
- Click on Create List at the left-hand side top corner and then click on Create Suppression List.
- On the next screen type in the list name and upload the Suppression list, and then click on Next.
- On the next mapping fields window, you will be required to map Domain, Title and Name fields in order to complete the mapping procedure and then click on Save List.
- On the next screen you will be able to see the results, click on Close and proceed further.
- Click SalesIntel tab, to start your Search. Scroll down to Other and expand Your Lists.
- Then check the box for the list you would like to suppress.
You can then add whatever other criteria you would like included with your search. The results will come back with all results excluding the records you have on your suppression list.
What are the benefits? With suppression you can make sure that the records that you don’t want to see in your search are filtered out.
