Standard users are the users that can process export, request for ROD (Request on Demand), and other functionality in SalesIntel. These users can also configure their own User Settings which will be discussed below.
Another Standard User is a chrome-only User, which is a special type of user that will only have access to our RevDriver browser extension, to know more about this please see RevDriver Overview
User Settings
User can access their User Settings by clicking their profile located in the upper right corner of SalesIntel page. Once this click their profile, they will be presented with the below settings that they can configure
- Credit Renew - this gives the user info as to when will their contract ends.
- Need More Credits - if you hit your subscription limit, you can click this link to contact support.
- Credit Balance - this give you information about the available credits that you still have in your account.

a. Credit Type - the type of credit that a user can do inside SalesIntel.
b. Account Credit Limit - This is the amount that the full account is subscribed to for the specific
Credit Type.
c. My Credit Limit - The amount of credit that is assigned to you by the Administrator.
d. My Credit Used - The amount of credit that you've already used for the duration of the
contract.
e. My Credit Remaining - The amount of credit that you can still consume for the duration of the
contract. - CSV Settings - This setting will contain configuration on how would you like for SalesIntel to Export data when you're exporting contacts in a CSV file.
- Salesforce Settings - This setting will allow a user to configure how it would like SalesIntel to act every time it exports contacts/leads going to Salesforce.

Note: This setting will not be configurable if the Administrator set up an account to be the Main Admin for CRM Integration. The user will also see the below message. If you want to setup an Administrator account for CRM Integration, please contact support. - Hubspot Settings - This setting will allow a user to configure how it would like SalesIntel to act every time it exports contacts/leads going to Hubspot.

To get the full details about these settings, please visit Salesloft Settings. - Dynamic365 Settings - This setting will allow a user to configure how it would like SalesIntel to act every time it exports contacts/leads going to Dynamics365.
Note: This setting will not be configurable if the Administrator set up an account to be the Main Admin for CRM Integration. If you want to setup an Administrator account for CRM Integration, please contact support.
To get the full details about these settings, please visit Dynamics365 Settings. - Zoho Settings - This setting will allow a user to configure how it would like SalesIntel to act every time it exports contacts/leads going to Zoho.
Note: This setting will not be configurable if the Administrator set up an account to be the Main Admin for CRM Integration. If you want to setup an Administrator account for CRM Integration, please contact support.
To get the full details about these settings, please visit Zoho Settings. - TechIntel Settings - This setting allows the user to configure how the TechIntel section will view the list. TechIntel view is available everytime you open a Company Profile. Once you select a Category, Providers, or Products, TechIntel view will put on top of the list any matching criteria that you have selected.
To know more about this feature, please visit Company View. - About - Gives you information about the Application such as, but not limited to: Application name, version, Browser used, Operating System.
- FAQ's - Select this if you want to view our available Resource pages.
- System Status - select this if you want to jump to the status page related to the Application including any existing and previous incidents.
- Logout - Click to logout from your user account.
