Understanding the Message
The above pop-up message normally shows up when SalesIntel matches a certain contact with your active validation rule in Salesforce.
Be cautious when running your Export. The message will show as Export Succeeded and it will show how many contacts were exported successfully out of the number of contacts that you're trying to export from SalesIntel.

How to Troubleshoot
- Login to your SFDC Admin Account.
- Click Setup
-
On the Quick Search located on the Left panel, search for “Object Manager”.
-
Select Object Manager.
-
On the upper right corner, go to Quick Search and type either Contact/Lead depending on what you’re exporting.
-
Select Contact/Leads
-
Go to “Validation Rules” on the left panel.
-
Select the rule that has the same “Message” as what you see on the pop-up error.
- Click Edit, and uncheck “Active” option.
- Click Save.
In case you have a lot of validation rules, it is recommended to deactivate all of them for the purposes of troubleshooting.
By deactivating these rules, you’re bypassing any rule to export the contact/lead.
Try exporting again. In case you receive another error, gather a screenshot of the new error and contact support.
Note: Don’t forget to re-activate all validation rules that you’ve deactivated before logging out.
