Restrict contact exports per company

Yes, you can restrict the number of contacts that you would like to export from a company. 

Let's say you have pulled a list and it has 50 people from the same company. All 50 contacts may not be the best point of contact for your sales or marketing team and, you may not want to use export credits on 50 contacts from one target account. 

Now you can use the Company Contact Export Limit to avoid exporting all 50 contacts. 

Here is a contact search result. To export, click on Export All contacts.

On the next screen you can enter the Company Contact Export Limit. In this example, we are selecting three contacts per company. 

Now click on Next.

The next screen will be your exporting contacts preview screen, please click on next and proceed further.

Next, select your export preference and then click on Next. This will export three contacts from each company  across your search prefrence in your results!
