Now you can track your raised ROD request within your SalesIntel Web portal, please follow below-mentioned instruction set for the same:
- Click on the ROD tab.
- On the next screen you will be able to track the status for your raised ROD request, categorized by 5 statuses:
a) Requested: Once you raised a request for ROD, the status will be “Requested.”
b) In progress: When our Data Researcher has started our research process, the status will be “In Progress.”
c) In Review: At this stage your request has been forwarded to our Auditing team for QA (quality analysis) purposes. Now the status will be “In Review.”
d) Uploading: Once quality analysis is done by our auditing team, the status will be “Uploading.”
e) Completed: Your ROD request is completed now, you may preview in Salesintel or export your compiled request from SalesIntel to dedicated CRM’s or within CSV (Excel) file format.
Once your ROD request is completed, you can simply share it across all other users within SalesIntel.
