The System Status page helps you to monitor the current running status of our SalesIntel’s web Portal, Rev Driver (Chrome extension) & Salesforce Managed Package products & services.If there is downtime for any one of our services you will be able to get an alert along with the possible impact ie: what kind of functionality you will not be able to access during the particular service downtime.
In order to access system status there are 2 possible ways:
i) Access through SalesIntel Web Portal:
- Click on the Username on the top right, and then select System Status from the drop-down menu.
- On the next screen, you will be able to access the running system status for all of our products and services. For example:
ii) Follow Web URL :
- You are required to follow https://status.salesintel.io/ link, then simply you are requested to click on the bookmark this tab icon next to the mentioned URL.
- Now simply click on Done and save this link as a bookmark, so from now you can also access this page from your favorite bookmarks in just a single click.
a) You can also subscribe for email communications in order to stay up to date about our services status-related info. In order to Subscribe simply click on Get Updates and select Email.
b) On the next screen, please type in your email address and then choose among from Get all or a specific service components status update.
