While we pride ourselves on our 95% accurate human-verified data, we understand that some users want to have access to even more information, namely our machine-verified contacts. Here are a few things to keep in mind when leveraging this type of data in our portal.
Know before you Export
Within SalesIntel’s machine-verified contacts, look to see if the contact has a Linkedin icon/url. If so, please click on the LinkedIn icon in order to confirm that the contact is at that company.
If the contact is in fact at this company, then a verification request should not be required. You can simply export contact(s) to your CRM’s (IE:Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Marketo, Dynamics & Zoho) or via a CSV file.
If you're not seeing the option to export our machine-verified data it's
because you don't have that enabled on your account. To get access to this information
contact your success manager or please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone
will reach out to assist you.
Narrowing down your search
Another best practice to leveraging machine-verified data
is too narrow down the Contact search. You can do that by using the regular filters, but we also recommend clicking these two options in the side panel. Go to ‘Results Include’ and select LinkedIn URL and Direct dial. This will ensure you’re getting the most complete records in the machine-verified data category.
