SalesIntel Application is designed to have login credentials, account access, and restrictions. With this in mind, it is common that a user might receive some errors and warnings when they try to login in SalesIntel. Below are the common errors and warning that a user might encounter and a brief explanation as to why are they seeing this error, along with how to resolve it.
|Note: SalesIntel Administrator doesn't have a way to Reset a Password, or re-activate a User.|
This is a very common warning and mainly it is due to an incorrect username or password. The other scenario where you might get this is if your SalesIntel account is missing a certain Account Access.
If you encounter this error please click the "Forgot Password", to reset your password.
If the issue still persists, please contact support.
This warning is due to an inactive user. This means that, the user that is trying to log in has been deactivated on the SalesIntel Account by the Administrator.
If you encounter this error, please contact support. Re-activating a user is not yet available in the User Interface.
RevDriver Account Access
This error normally shows up when a user tries to login in RevDriver. This error means that the Account is missing certain Account Access.
