Contact and company search results can be exported to our seven native integrations or downloaded to a csv file, so that you can take action on your new data in your system of record.

Total export records per export transaction are limited by the integration, as follows:

You can conduct multiple exports according to the number of export credits available to you. Your total available credits are shown at the top of the screen when you are logged in to SalesIntel.
You are only charged ONCE per record per account. If the account has previously been charged for that record, any user may export it again at no additional cost.
Export Selected Records
To export select records, conduct your search and check the box next to the records of interest. Then click on the Bulk Actions menu and choose the export type. Some integrations may be hidden based on your account permissions or because you have chosen more records than are supported.
If the chosen integration has not been connected, you will be prompted to connect the integration first. Otherwise, the export wizard will take you through configuring and completing your export. These configuration steps will be shown based on the settings you've enabled for the integration at the time of connection. To show/hide additional configuration, update the General Settings for that integration.
When exporting to a CRM or other platform, there may be a delay in being able to view your new data, especially during busy hours. Many of these platforms rely on "indexing" to improve search performance and there could be a delay in indexing your new data.
Export All Records
To export all records in a results set, conduct your search and select Export All Contacts. Based on the number of records in your search, you will see the available export options. Some integrations may be hidden based on your account permissions or because you have chosen more records than supported.

Limiting Your Exports
In some cases, your search results may be larger than you want to export, but you do not have further criteria to filter. In this case, you may restrict the number of contact results per company. For example, if your search results include 3,000 contacts, you may choose to limit your export to no more than 10 per company. You will receive up to 10 of the most senior employees that meet your search criteria. Some companies will have fewer than 10, if there are not 10 matching results.
This feature is available for contact search results sets of up to 10,000 contacts.
