The following fields and field types are available for export. In many cases, the SalesIntel field can be mapped to fields of multiple types, to allow for a workflow that best meets your needs.
The Supported Mapping Field Types in the tables below show the types of fields to which each element can be mapped. Not all types are relevant for all platforms. Only fields of compatible types will be shown in your mapping options when configuring an integration.
When mapping physical addresses please note that if you choose to allow the data to overwrite in your CRM, it will be required to overwrite the entire physical address.
When exporting data, the following logic is used determine whether to update an existing record or create a new record:
Accounts
- Match first on domain and exact name,
- Then on just domain,
- Then on exact name.
- If the exact name matches, but the domain is different, the account will not be matched. The domain is considered definitive.
Contacts
- Match on email address
- Your CRM may include other matching to reduce duplication. SalesIntel cannot override those matching rules, which may result in an export error being returned.

Notes: 'Source' will always populate as 'SalesIntel' and 'Accuracy Tier' will populate as one of Human Verified, Email Verified, or Machine Verified.
