RepIntel is a personalized view of your assigned accounts, ranked by buying signals. It removes the need to run searches or build filters. When it’s set up, you see what’s happening across your book of business without digging for signals.
RepIntel is available under Discover Prospects. You can also favorite it by clicking the star next to the page name to make it your start page when you log in.
Identifying your book of business
RepIntel pulls in accounts one of two ways:
Option 1: CRM Filters (recommended; available for Salesforce and HubSpot users)
If CRM Filters are enabled for your account and you’re listed as an account owner in the CRM, we automatically show accounts in your name. If you have access but aren’t matched to an owner field, you’ll be prompted to select whose accounts to view.
If CRM Filters are not enabled, you will see a message identifying your SalesIntel CRM Admin. Ask them to configure the feature for your account so that you can see all of the accounts in your name. If you don't have a CRM Admin set up for your account, email support@salesintel.io and they will help you get set up.
Option 2: Use a list
You can always choose Use a list from the account selector. This opens the Choose a List modal where you can:
- Select from personal or team lists
- Create a new list (via the Lists page)
When selected, the list name appears in the “Viewing accounts for” dropdown. If you use a list of your assigned accounts, you will need to update the list occasionally to reflect your current book of business.
Signals in RepIntel
RepIntel surfaces up to four signal types currently supported in the platform. If your account does not have access to that signal type, data will not be available.
- Bombora Intent data - based on the topics already configured in your account
- PredictiveIntent data - based on the topics already configured in your account
- VisitorIntel website visitation - website visitors in the last week
- New Leadership - new VPs or above in the last 90 days
Finding new contacts
To find new contacts at assigned accounts, click the blue contact button at the end of the account row. The sidebar will open up and show all contacts at the account. To filter to contacts of interest, use the dropdown to select one of the buying centers set up in your account. If you have no buying centers or need a new buying center configured, your admin can set it up.
Creating a buying center
Admins can add a new buying center using the settings cog in the contact panel. The buying centers available here are the same buying centers in use in HubSpot and Salesforce buying center enrichment; adding a new buying center here will make it available in enrichment and vice versa, and you can use them in both places. Keep in mind that you cannot update or delete a buying center that is being actively used in an ongoing enrichment program.
